In order to give all shareholders, investors, and other interested parties an overview of the Group’s business development, Valartis Group AG publishes a comprehensive annual report each April and a half-year report in late August with the main key figures and commentaries.

2011 Half-year Report

The statutory auditor has reviewed the consolidated financial statements for the first half-year. They are based on uniformly prepared individual financial statements of the Group companies, which have been prepared in accordance with the International Accounting Standard on Interim Financial Reporting
(IAS 34).

2010 Valartis Group Annual Report

The consolidated financial statements of Valartis Group comprise the financial statements of its subsidiaries for the year ended December 31, prepared on the basis of uniform accounting policies. The consolidated financial statements have been prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) and comply with Swiss law.
